Future Ledger AI is a new consultancy, but the experience behind it isn't new. Our founder has spent more than 14 years delivering ERP for Australian businesses, from single sites to national store networks, and kept seeing the same thing: capable finance teams losing days every month to manual reconciliations, spreadsheets and systems that don't talk to each other.

Took over delivery leadership at go-live of an SAP-to-Business Central migration, then stabilised operations and ran the enhancement roadmap across finance, retail and supply chain. The setup includes Shopify POS and webstore, an Amazon marketplace and an outsourced 3PL warehouse.
Led an ERP implementation across head office and a national store network, with stores brought live in staged waves alongside point-of-sale, stock distribution and head-office finance.
Took over a Business Central programme running more than 18 months late and over budget, and took it live within two months. Delivered a Shopify-led commerce design across several warehouses, mobile warehouse scanning, and a licence review that cut ongoing costs.
Delivered an ERP implementation for a multi-branch building supplies group, rolling out store by store with trade counter, stock and branch finance processes.
Business Central implementation lead covering solution design, data clean-up and migration from Xero, service management costing, and AI-assisted order capture using the Sales Order Agent and Power Automate.
