It covers this website and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central apps we publish.

When you contact us we collect the details you give us, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. Our website may also collect standard technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, through hosting logs and analytics tools.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and support our services, send information you have asked for, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.

Our Business Central apps

Our apps run inside your own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. Business data processed by the apps stays in your tenant, which Microsoft hosts under its own privacy and data-protection terms. Unless a feature you configure explicitly requires it (for example, an integration or scheduled email you set up), our apps do not send your business data to Future Ledger AI or any third party. Where we provide implementation or support services, we access your environment only with your permission and only as needed to deliver those services.

Disclosure

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as email, hosting and form-processing providers (our contact form is delivered by Web3Forms), or where the law requires it. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
